FREE RESOURCES
Postpartum Support International (PSI) is a non-profit organization based out of Portland, Oregon with a mission to promote awareness, prevention and treatment of mental health issues related to childbearing.  
 
PSI offers support to providers, parents and families worldwide.  On top of having volunteer coordinators in every state and in more than 36 countries, they provide an array of free resources to support YOU and your family during your transition into parenthood.

Local Coordinators 
PSI Coordinators support families navigate the transition to parenthood.  They help provide support, encouragement, information, resources and also help connect parents, caregivers and families to local providers who are trained to treat perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs). They can be reached by phone, text, or email. Find your local coordinator here.

On-Line Support Groups
The following support groups are held weekly (except for Dads Support Group) and provide a chance to connect with others who might be experiencing similar things during the transition to parenthood.  Groups are free but registration is required.  Register for an upcoming group here.

Peer Mentor Program
This program pairs parents with a 1-1 trained PSI volunteer who has also experienced and recovered from a Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder (PMAD). They provide support through weekly communication for 6 months. Learn more about this program here.
